The material used for manufacturing these boxes is Elo-Zn or Inox (stainless steel) of grossness between 0,8 and 1,5 mm, and in order to ensure maximum protection from corrosion every individual element goes through additional electrostatic colouring. It is also thermally processed so that the varnished surface has an additional aesthetic value besides being more resistant to corrosion and thus can fit the interior of residential facilities. The boxes are delivered in their standard red colour RAL 3001.
– Polyester epoxy (for products intended inside the facility) applying 50 microns
– Polyester, high UV protection (for products intended for outdoor usage) applying 50 microns
– With products intended for outside usage we recommend an additional layer of zinc primer which gives the material a long-lasting protection from rust.
